Spent the New Year at this hotel and had a great time! The fireworks view from the rooftop was amazing and the party they threw was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't too bad. The pillows were a bit too firm and uncomfortable, but we managed to get used to them.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our new year stay enjoyable. the breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from, including fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel's central location allowed us easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The hotel is in need of refurbishing, with many parts of the building showing signs of wear and tear. the elevators were old and often out of order, leaving us to use the stairs.
